Add merchant

A merchant's store (its database and server) is made on Grail's server, which then lists it here. A merchant only added to this list would have nothing behind it, so it's not added here.

For the live server, run the newest release script in ~/grailpos on the Mac that deploys Grail, with --add-merchant, for example:

~/grailpos/deploy-release-20261018-3.sh --add-merchant

It asks for the business name, its web address (bigbrent for bigbrent.grailpos.com), the owner's email and the first store, and saves the owner's sign-in to the Desktop. Or, for either server, use GitHub: Actions, then Add a merchant, and pick production or staging. Both run deploy/prod/new-merchant.sh.
